Garments purchased from one of our retail vendors who carry our line must be exchanged at that location of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, laundered or have the normal marks of wear due to COVID. It is up to our discretion to accept items back to ensure they have not been used, worn or mishandled prior to issuing a refund. Each item is inspected as we perform quality control before shipping to our customers.

Hometown Anthem will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return if Hometown Anthem is not at fault. If a customer wants to return an order that qualified for free freight, we will refund the order amount minus original shipping charges that we paid to send out the original order. ​

Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up to your payment method account.​
