All credit card and PayPal transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.
We also do not share your contact information with anyone, meaning we do not sell our customer list to other Retailers.
We request your contact information (email, phone) when you place an order so we can get in touch with you in case there is a problem with your order. You will also receive email notifications regarding the delivery status of your order. Finally, if you expressed interest in an out-of-stock item, you may get a notification when that product is back in stock.
During the checkout process we give you the option of choosing to receive occasional emails about new products, specials, and other Archival Clothing updates. If you choose to accept our newsletter, we will never sell or share your information, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

The Site, its look and feel, and the logos, icons, graphics, insignia, names, marks, features, functions, text, graphics, button icons, phrases, images, audio or video clips or content, data compilations, software, designs or similar items contained on or within the Site and/or the compilation or organization thereof constitute the trade names, trademarks or service marks (registered or unregistered), copyrights, or other intellectual property, proprietary or publicity rights of Hometown Anthem Clothing Co., LLC and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the "Hometown Anthem"). The Site and the Hometown Anthem Clothing Co. are protected by trademark, copyright and/or other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, Hometown Anthem own all right, title and interest in and to the Site and the content therein, including all associated intellectual property and proprietary rights, and to all Hometown Anthem Clothing Co. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices on, within or about the Site or Hometown Anthem Social Media.
